1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using casinovacasino-canada.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use after amendment constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on our platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec)
Be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted
Not be a self-excluded player at our casino or through any third-party exclusion program
Be the registered owner of the payment method used
Have only one account registered to your name, address, and payment method

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time (KYC process). Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated:

Welcome bonus: 200% match up to CA$200 on first deposit
Wagering requirement: 35× the bonus amount
Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements
Live casino games contribute 10–20% toward wagering requirements
Minimum bet during bonus play: CA$0.10 per spin
Maximum bet during bonus play: CA$5.00 per spin
Bonus validity period: 30 days from issue date
Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit: CA$20. Minimum withdrawal: CA$20. We process withdrawals via the same method used for the deposit where possible. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. We target withdrawal processing within 24 hours of KYC completion for Interac. Withdrawal times for other methods vary. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals over CA$5,000.

6. Fair Gaming

All games are provided by licensed third-party software providers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing agencies. We do not control or manipulate game outcomes. The results of each game are determined independently and are not influenced by previous results.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Collusion with other players or casino staff
Use of automated software, bots, or exploits
Opening multiple accounts (one per household/IP/device)
Fraudulent payment methods or chargebacks
Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to: loss of data, profits, business, or anticipated savings; or any indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our KAHNAWAKE Gaming Commission licence (Licence #365/JAZ). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the licensing authority.
